Commercial Insurance CRMby DFW Insurance Brokers

For agencies and MGAs

Run it under your own name, on your own domain.

The whole build is packaged as a licensable account: ten insurance record types already joined to each other, eleven pipelines, the automations that move a lead onto a board, and the consent language a carrier reads during A2P review. You supply your name, your domain and your carrier relationships.

What transfers on day one

Not a template you fill in. A configured account, restored from a versioned snapshot, with the structural work already done.

The record model

Policies, quotes, carriers, appointments, commissions, documents, households and referral partners as first-class records, with eleven relationships already joining them.

Eleven pipelines

Commercial renewals, Medicare T65, ACA eligibility, life and annuity, carrier contracting, commission reconciliation and agency recruiting, each on its own stages.

Working intake

A form submission becomes a contact, opens an opportunity on the sales board and raises an internal task. That path is built and running, not described.

Consent language

Separate transactional and marketing SMS consent on every form, a Medicare Scope of Appointment, and privacy wording written for carrier review.

Operational views

Saved lists your team opens each morning: the active book, renewals in the next ninety days, the quote desk, the appointment register and commissions owed.

Your name, in one place

Agency name, phone, address, support email and legal URLs are stored as values the whole account reads. Change one field, not twenty pages.

What stays yours, and what you supply

White labelling is not cosmetic here. Your agency holds its own credentials, its own sending reputation and its own client data.

How a handover runs

STEP 01

Snapshot restore

Your account is created from the current versioned snapshot, so every object, pipeline, workflow and form arrives configured.

STEP 02

Your identity

Domain, logo and the eight agency values are set once. Legal pages point at your own policy URLs.

STEP 03

Your carriers

Carrier catalog and appointments are loaded with the lines you actually write, in the states you are authorised in.

STEP 04

Messaging switched on

Sending domain verified and A2P registration submitted with your legal entity. Automations stay off until that clears.

Tell us the book you write

Lines, states, headcount and the systems you are leaving. We will walk the pipelines that match and send licensing terms.
